With regards to the new DVD out about Rapid Arnis Fundamentals, I watched the DVD and found it to be very interesting .
From a training point of view the DVD is well broken down and easy to follow with shots from various angles to demonstrate what the student might see from where they are positioned in the hall.
The instructions are clear and well worded and it takes you through a varied range of drills like grips,striking, footwork, disarms,and so on (a must for all).
Well done Pat and Lucy on a great production of an exellent training tool  |

Hey Scotty,
I totaly agree with what you say mate.
I have my copy of the Rapid Arnis Fundamentals and it is pure GOLD mate.
They got so much techiniques and drills on there ,by doing the voice over.Its just awesome.
