Fundamental DVD review:
This DVD has taken training DVD’s to a new level, The Extremely Sharp Productions have out done themselves. In fact I would go to the extreme and say they would be pioneers of the new training DVD format. The way they have structured the DVD is just great and a pleasure to watch, easy on the eye, none of this endless repeating of words and techniques. The techniques are done and while the techniques are being executed .Tuhon Pat O’Malley is giving a perfect clear explanation of the technique at hand.
The techniques can be see in all four angles and in some cases little boxes come up with closer viewing of the hand positioning particular in the basic blocks.
The Presentation and ending are not cluttered with a lot of things flying in your face that you need to keep an eye on the DVD in case you miss something. The quality of the DVD is outstanding the Quantity of what is on the DVD is just outstanding. This DVD runs for approximately 62 minutes and the amount of drills and techniques on this DVD from basic beginer to the more advance partner drills, I am surprised it doesn’t go for longer.
I am an affiliate Instructor and as a newbie perspective of Rapid Arnis and as an Instructor. This DVD cater’s for all players of the Filipino martial arts.
I for one am looking forward to the next installments from ESP. As I understand there are more Rapid Arnis training DVD’s as well as a Talking to the Grandmasters series.
Well done Pat & Lucy O’Malley and the Team at ESP.

I totaly agree with you rick, the Fundamentals DVD is a must for beginners and experienced people both as like you said it takes you back to basics, (an area we all could benefit from going back to now and again Wink )
No doubt the rest of the DVDs will be of the same standards as the first so looking forwards to them .
Keep up the good work Pat+ Lucy
