FMA Charity Seminar
Sunday 14th Oct '07 (11am-6pm)
Cost: €30 All proceeds going to Charity(PREDA)
This October will see a coming together of a number of FMA instructors in Ireland for an open seminar, in aid of Irish priest Fr. Shay Cullen & his work with PREDA (People's Recovery Empowerment Development Assistance) is a charitable organization founded in 1974 in Olongapo City, Philippines.
PREDA's main goal and purpose is to promote and protect the dignity and the Human Rights of the Filipino people especially of women and children. The main focus of their work is to assist the sexually-exploited & abused children and provide for them an environment of acceptance and understanding in society.
All instructors have kindly donated their time & St. Anne's have donated the use of the hall.
Each group will teach a different aspect of their system, the line up will include the following 7 FMA's system:

Sayoc Kali & Atienza Kali Dave Joyce & Aran Keenan
Doces Pares Paul Cox & Dave Hedges
Lescima Ding Llanera & Paul Gahan
Newman Escrima Nicolas Maraite & Aidan Canavan
Kalis Illustrismo Aidan Corcoran
Location: Molesworth Hall (behind St. Anne’s church on Dawson St.), Molesworth Place, Dublin 2
You will need to bring: A pair of rattan sticks, training knives & bag mitts.
