hey Pat ,
Is the Rapid response system a level structure like Rapid Arnis,as in you learn one level then progress to next level and so on.
or is the system just one level as such? |

Yes and no It can be learn't in one course, but to become proficient and to gain instructor level you would need to attend around 3 courses, show that you can teach the material profficiently and effectively. But some maybe able to get to this level at a quicker rate depending on how fast they digest the material.
There are 3 levels of Instructor in Rapid Response.
Level 1 which means you are authorise to teach the material the standard required level.
So far we have Paul Smith, Scott Marshall, Rory Hunter, Clinton Jones who are all authorised Level 1 Instructors.
Level 2 which means you can now teach to a profficent level, eg. to Security Staff etc.
Level 3 which means you can now authorise and pass candidates to Level 1 Instructor.
Then Cheif instructor level, only this level can authorise level 2 and 3 Instructors in the Rapid Response System.
Hope that helps

But for those not well versed I would say about a year of teaching it should bring up to a good level in your teaching methods of the system and therefore would have no problem reaching level 2.
