I would like to publicly congratulate my long time training partner and very good friend on his attainment of FULLY Qualified Instructor under GM Bobby Taboada. This I know has been a long journey (some 12 years), I am very proud of his achievement.

As Bobby himself says a very good example.

Well done again Bill from all at Balintawak UK and Europe.
