I was fortunate enough to get taste of DBE but was left hungry, as I had to leave NZ. One of the things was amarra, since I'm often training alone. I got till #6 and am hoping somone could help me futher. Just a humble student waiting...

Ammarra 6 is not required til green belt. So you are already way above your
graded level.

#7 starts like #4 but with a thrust rather than a plansa & then uses the same last 4 shots from #5. (Sorry for the cryptic - but not everyone needs to know)
