Well not long got back and I would just like to say that once again what a fantastic time we had at Keith James Academy in Bournmouth, the seminar we taught there was again one of the most enjoyable events we could attend.
These guys realy know how to make you welcome and the socialising afterwards as usual was awsome.
Thanks guys, still getting over that one
It was also good to see everyone enjoying the San Miguel, Rapid Reponse and Rapid Arnis Material we covered, looking back on it we seemed to cover a lot of ground this time around and everyone managed to keep up the pace. I love it when we can fire on all cylinders.
Just to let everyone know we will be back in Bournmouth on the 1st weekend in March 2008 and the 1st weekend in October 2008 for more of the same, and if it is half as much fun as this time around I just cant wait.
Well done Keith and well done all the RA Guys in Bournmouth and Southampton and thanks for the Karate and JKD guys that came along too.

Hi Pat,
Yeah, it was a fantastic weekend, mate. Yes, it was a great socialising time with a few jugs of ale. Doesn't do anyone any harm... lol. Train hard, play hard, that's my quote for today.
I agree that we covered a lot of material and it went down really well with the guys. They especially enjoyed the San Miguel and long stick. It was lovely to see Lucy start things off by teaching the huge long San Miguel form, but it was nice the way she broke it down so we could all follow it. We were left wondering "If that's the warm up, what's the rest gonna be like?". It was nice seeing yourself looking your best as usual doing all the moves.
I always come away from a weekend like this saying to myself "If I can even get close to looking like Pat and Lucy then I'll be doing alright in escrima".
Myself and my students are looking forward to your visits next year to do some more of all that we love, in early march and october. (Tickets available in advance, call me... plug-plug!!)
Thanks again for everything that you are doing for me and my club.
God Bless,
Boiiiiii

Hi Pat,
Just want to repeat what Keith said, although I only made it to the Sunday was an excellent seminar especially loving the long stick and the rapid response
was also great to have a few beers on the Saturday although that would explain my vacant expression for the first hour on the Sunday
Thank you Pat and Lucy - can't wait till March
Cheers

keith Apart from comming like Peter say's 'A Long Piece of wood' Yes it originally comes from Momoy, but I do have a few of my own toutches on it to fit in with the RA Syllabus, you know same 12 strikes as single stick etc
