hi everyone i am a student of keith james down ere in sunny bournemouth. I,m 37 a black belt shotokan karate( i know, if it works its arnis if it dont its karate ! ) been doing jkd, kali for 3 1/2 years until just over a year ago when i met keith at a rapid arnis seminar the seminar was awsome, pat and lucy blew me away. They showed me the error of my ways and i have been training in rapid arnis and doces pares with keith ever since.
i am a green belt under keith and recently graded to yellow belt rapid arnis under pat and lucy( never been so nervous at a grading in my life) 
look forward to meeting some of you guys and to many years of training in the filipino martial arts

Good to have you on board!
And no worries about being scared in front of Pat and Lucy...
THAT never goes away 
Hopefully you might make the grading in november.
Thats going to be a doozy!
Just remember...
don't give up.
It's worth the pain!

I'm glad you joined the site. I look forward to reading some of your posts.  and yes, gradings in front of Pat, Lucy and Big Nigel are very frightening....
