Hi,
PLEASE NOTE THE DATE HAS CHANGED
The next British Eskrima Championships will now take place on Sunday 14th December at Urban Martial Arts in Leicester! 
For those of you who have never done it before, it goes like this:
3 rounds (1 or 2 mins each)
helmet
padded stick
You score a point if you hit your opponent without being hit back
There are several events:
forms
single stick
double stick
long stick (5')
There are men's, women's and veterans' divisions and people are divided into weight divisions (light, middle, heavy etc)
