Yep you guessed it, it is finally out and complete and was released at the Seni show at the weekend.
Rapid Arnis "The Fundamentals" A guide to the Filipino martial arts is now available from Eskrimador Supplies at £14.99 plus P&P. This is in PAL format but NTSC will be available very soon.

We are in the process of looking for a distributor in the USA and Canada, this will help make it cheaper as postage from the UK can be stupid
