For the very first time, 6 of Europe's leading instructors will be showcasing no less than 6 different styles of FMA under one roof in the first ever British FMA Festival:
Instructors include:
Grand Master Danny Guba - Guba Doce Pares Eskrima
Tuhon Pat O'Malley - Rapid Arnis Systems
Punong Guro Peter Lewis - Bakbakan Kali & Zu'Bu Kali Ilustrisimo
Guro Alan Jones - Balitawak Arnis
Guro Vincent Dornila - Lima Scientific Kali Arnis System
Guro Lucy O'Malley - Doce Pares Mutli Style Eskrima Systems.
Date: July 15th 2006
Venue: Queen Elizabeths School

Mansfield
Fee:£40 per person in advance - £55 on the day.

I really hope as many RA guys as possible turn up for this event.
It is important to show support if we want to see more of these multi style seminars in the future.
As you should all know Rapid Arnis encourages all students to actively seek out and try other styles and take away valuable lessons and use their experiences for their future training.
This is your perfect opportunity to practice and ask any questions about other leading FMA styles, even if only to give you further understanding and knowledge of the FMA.
I look forward to seeing as many of you as posible at this event.

Hey Pat & Lucy,
I know this is an old thread and you guys are already planning and organizing the next event.
I just got a couple of questions on how you ran the event for future referance for us here in NZ.
1.How did you work out which instructor taught what?
2.Was there a time frame for each instructor & how did you monitor the time?
3.Did each instructor or instructors club do a demo of there art or was there time slot soley on a specifc techiniques? |

Cheers Pat,
I have been toying with some ideas in my head re:1st NZFMA festival,so im just resoursing,
so i can blitz the NZCKEAI once it is up and running.
(meaning have some sort of structured plan for the NZCKEAI to look at).
Yes i see your plan for the 2nd festival you have included demo's.I like the idea of having the demo's seperate.
